My client is an individul who likes working out, gardening and spending time with the family.  He loves seeing views of the ocean so he would like to see that while working out.  Same thing for gardening.  He would like a rooftop garden with with picturesque views of the long island sound.  The addition of the  existing house would suit his needs best with a indoor gym and a garden.
